Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Counseling, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Telecommunication
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure a gentle and welcoming reception for walk-in Customers/Visitors with an appropriate and professional attitude
∎ To provide professional and quality counseling to the students
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our courses and services
∎ Achieving student goals by accepting and assigning goals.
∎ Build strong client support through 100% compliance with the application process
∎ Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers
∎ Keep a record of visitors with name, address & contact number
∎ Keep updated records and files and maintain the register
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Reception
∎ Candidate should be smart and Solid written and verbal communication skills
∎ Must be sincere in her duties.
∎ Should have a pleasant personality.
∎ Professional attitude and appearance
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Customer service attitude.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiable for expert candidate

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
