Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintains schedules.
∎ Welcoming guest.
∎ Receiving all incoming & outcoming mail and answering all calls.
∎ Communicating & coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ To execute other official task, assigned by management time to time.
∎ Performing day to day basic Computer work and official documentation at front desk.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
∎ Maintain Social Pages as needed
