Perform Injecting Moulding Machine and Hydraulic press Machine.
Responsibilities & Context:
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic system.
Inspects pumps, Valves, Cylinders, seals, hoses for wear or leakage.
Conducts regular oil sampling and replacement.
Troubleshoots hydraulic faults (low pressure, overheating, slow movement etc.)
Ensures all safety guards, emergency stops, and interlocks are working.
Strong knowledge about Injection Moulding Machine and Hydraulic Power Press.
identify and escalate machine issues to supervisor with recommendations for corrective actions.
Take responsibility any others activities of directive from the management.
