∎ Graduate/ B.Sc from any reputed leather technology Institute.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years experiences in any recognized shoe manufacturing company.
∎ Should possess extensive knowledge of footwear construction and detailed technical specification sheets for prototypes.
∎ Critically inspect & evaluate the product right from the initial stage, i.e, Raw material till
∎ the finish stage and also provide expert guidance and support till delivery.
∎ Should have good leadership, direction and communication skill.
∎ Academic Qualification can be relaxed for Highly Experienced candidates.
