Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collecting items from the designated location and ensuring they are packed securely.
∎ Delivering goods to customers promptly and safely, following the assigned routes.
∎ Communicating with customers to confirm delivery details and ensuring accurate handovers.
∎ Handling payments or obtaining customer signatures when required.
∎ Maintaining the delivery vehicle in good condition and reporting any issues or maintenance needs.
∎ Keeping delivery logs and tracking mileage or delivery times.
∎ Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
∎ Ensuring that orders are handled with care to avoid damage during transit.
∎ Managing multiple deliveries efficiently and adjusting routes as needed to optimize time.
∎ Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally during interactions.
