Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university

• Must have 06 (Six) months training from FSCD- Fire Service & Civil Defense.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 36 years
• Only Male

• Hold relevant certifications such as Certified Fire Protection knowledge with RSC fire safety protocols and Bangladesh Fire Service regulations

• A strong communicator and educator, able to train and influence people at all levels of the organization

• Strong understanding of NFPA, BNBC, Bangladesh Labor Act-2006

• Ability to lead and coordinate fire safety teams

• Candidates with prior experience in Food Factories, Manufacturing Units, EPZ factories will be given preference

Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct regular, detailed fire risk assessments of all buildings, processes, and activities. Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions

• Ensure full compliance with all local and Bangladesh fire safety regulations, codes, and standards

• Oversee the inspection, testing, and maintenance of all fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and emergency lighting

• Develop and deliver engaging fire safety training programs for employees at all levels. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate emergency evacuation drills

• Develop, maintain, and implement comprehensive Fire Emergency Evacuation Plans

• Lead investigations into all fire-related incidents, near-misses, and false alarms to determine root cause and implement preventive measures

• Maintain accurate records of all fire safety activities, inspections, training sessions, and incidents. Prepare reports for management

• Advise on fire safety aspects of new projects, renovations, and hot work permits. Monitor contractor compliance on site
