Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Candidate should have fire safety certificate (06 months course from Fire Service Civil Defense).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the installation, maintenance of fire alarm, protection & detection system of the factor, ensure the hydrant systems, detection systems, sprinkler systems, fire pumps systems, fire control room systems, etc. are fully functional and maintained as per the RSC standard, NFPA & BNBC Rules.
∎ Plan, prepare, execute and maintain a fully functional and effective fire safety management system as per NFPA & BNBC Standard.
∎ Inspection, testing, auditing & maintenance of fire alarm system as per NFPA & BNBC.
∎ Monitor and report the needful of fire control panel (system warnings, supervisory & troubleshoot) and PA system.
∎ Fulfill the RSC requirements and other necessary standard.
∎ Ensure that the Fire extinguishers are in place, good working condition.
∎ Ensure that the fire control room and the fire pump room is in good order and fully functional at all times.
∎ Ensure fire-related manuals, registers, logs, etc. are properly maintained on a scheduled basis and prepare for inspection and audit routinely
∎ Report to management on fire safety issues from time to time.
∎ Ensure necessary fire training for the fire team & general workers.
∎ Plan, prepare and conduct regular fire drills and emergency evacuation drills to aware and train employees of any emergency incident.
∎ Monitor/Supervise that the electrical/power cables/loose wires are taken care and take remedial measures immediately in coordination with the maintenance/ electrical department.
∎ Conduct the risk assessment of the factory and identify fire hazard areas and take proper preventive measures on a priority basis.
∎ Maintain & ensure safety of man and material in all production areas and ensure safe evacuation for all employees in case of any emergency.
∎ Monitor fire fighter & rescue teams and conduct external & internal fire-related training.
∎ Prepare and maintain all documents related to ISO 45001:2018 OH&SMS and maintain checklist as per management requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience of working in any industry, especially Garments or any other industry.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be a computer literate.
∎ Excellent communication skill.

Salary: Negotiable
