Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting Honorable Chairman of the Board on decision making, planning, policy development, analysis, Strategy development.
∎ Ability to Analyze financial reports, data, information, statements.
∎ Evaluate potential investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and perform financial modeling to assess the viability and return on investment of proposed projects.
∎ Presenting observations to the BOD, highlighting risks, benefits, and financial implications.
∎ Identifying and analyzing financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them
∎ Work closely with the Risk Management team to develop risk assessment frameworks and implement risk mitigation strategies
∎ Able to formulate Policy, SOP, Guidelines, drafting
∎ Compile financial data, create executive summaries, and contribute to strategic discussions by providing financial insights
∎ Collaborate with various stakeholders, including executive management, finance team, auditors, and external advisors
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the financial landscape
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
∎ Excellent understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
∎ Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
∎ Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
