Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting ,Finance
∎ BBA / CA (CC) / MBA in Finance with good academic background

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Financial Statements
∎ Quarterly return, 75A, 108 preparation and submission to authority like BIDA, NBR, Bangladesh Bank, RJSC
∎ Visiting to necessary authorities time to time for submission and attending meeting/appeal.
∎ Responsible for full audit cycle, preparing audit schedule, answering queries etc.
∎ Budget preparation and cost control.
∎ Corporate tax, AIT, VAT Return submission & responsible for all local tax compliance and reporting requirements.
∎ PIT expatriate and local
∎ Contract Management with client
∎ Financial reporting to management and regulatory body
∎ Invoicing procedure, A/C payable, A/C receivable coordination
∎ Payroll management
∎ Cash management.

Salary: Negotiable
