Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the Managing Director (MD) in all financial planning and decision-making activities.
Manage daily cash flow and ensure proper distribution of funds to suppliers and business units.
Monitor company investments, ensure proper utilization of funds, and identify new investment opportunities.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and regular financial reports for MD review.
Maintain accurate financial records, payment schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate with banks, investors, and financial partners when needed.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and relevant laws (VAT/Tax).
Support the MD in cost control, risk management, and overall financial strategy.
