Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA major in Finance and Accounting from any reputed University.
∎ Part qualified/Finalist of ICAB or ACCA UK
∎ CACC, ITP.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting requirements.
∎ Review day to day financial transactions and make sure internal controls and policies are adhere to alongside the controlling of cost.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely complete of financial reporting, which includes monthly financial statements, annual financial statements and other management reports.
∎ Cashflow management
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external auditors and mitigate the queries satisfactorily.
∎ Assist Finance Director in day-to-day financial operations and reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders including board members & management committee.
∎ Ensure financial and statutory compliance
∎ Any other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh and International accounting standards.
∎ Accounting background with minimum 8 years relevant experience in a multinational organization
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Strong capabilities in MS excel - experience in Tally ERP will be an added advantage
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision, should be a good team player.
∎ Working experience in Garments/Garments Accessories company will be an added advantage.
