Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage daily purchases and sales accounting accurately.
- Prepare and process bills and ensure timely vendor and supplier payments.
- Handle all banking activities and transactions.
- Monitor daily cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual income and expense reports.
- Manage staff salaries and bonuses.
- Prepare monthly and annual budgets.
- Conduct cost control and cost analysis, especially for raw materials and supplies.
- Handle tax and VAT documentation, compliance, and filing.
- Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
- Maintain complete and organized financial records ready for audits.
- Analyze financial risks and report accordingly.
- Oversee stock and inventory valuation.
- Enter and verify data in systems and maintain accurate store inventory records.
- Prepare management financial reports as needed.
- Develop and implement new financial policies and processes.
