Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist with accounting tasks such as invoice recording, payment tracking, and recruiter commission documentation
∎ Prepare reports for internal UK teams on financial activity related to student recruitment
∎ Represent FBA UK LTD at educational events and student interaction programs when needed
∎ Lead marketing and awareness campaigns through social media targeting students in Bangladesh
∎ Create video content (e.g. financial planning tips for students, agency highlights, success stories)
∎ Host regular Facebook/YouTube Live sessions to build brand visibility and student engagement
∎ As a Finance & Engagement Officer at FBA UK LTD, you will play a dual role in managing financial operations and driving student engagement initiatives from our Bangladesh office. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance tasks while also supporting the company’s public-facing image by organizing digital engagement activities. Success in this role means maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring transparency, and helping strengthen our brand visibility through events, social media, and live content. You’ll work closely with our UK team and serve as a key point of contact for finance and marketing initiatives in the Bangladesh branch.

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with accounting tasks such as invoice recording, payment tracking, and recruiter commission documentation
∎ Prepare reports for internal UK teams on financial activity related to student recruitment

∎ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
∎ Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in accounting/finance (preferably in garments, printing/dyeing, or consultancy industries)
∎ Technical: Strong command of accounting software (Tally, ERP), MS Excel, and reporting tools
∎ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Engagement Skills: Comfortable appearing in videos, speaking in live sessions, and managing digital content
∎ Social Media: Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and basic design tools like Canva
∎ Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize financial and engagement activities
∎ Integrity: Maintains high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy
∎ Skills: Accounting, Financial Reporting, Live Presentation, Video Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, Event Participation, MS Excel / Tally / ERPTeam Collaboration, Public Speaking, Multitasking
