Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Bank Liaison, Business Development, Cost Management, Costing, Financial Reporting, Inventory Manageemnt, Product Costing and budgeting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Primary workstation: Head Office and report to Managing Director
∎ Secondary workstation: Factory & relevant markets
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1 Prepare monthly financial report and cashflow forecast
∎ 2. Conduct cost analysis with respect to production, maintenance and asset management reports to Managing Director
∎ 3. Prepare raw material-wise fort-nightly reports
∎ 4. Prepare SWOT and competitive analysis
∎ 5. Figuring out operation bottlenecks
∎ 6. Resource wastefulness analysis
∎ 7. Finding and strengthening weak points to increase efficiency
∎ 8. Monitoring employee KPIs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience in digital marketing , social network , data analysis , Financial analysis , Business development , market survey , and customer services will get extra preference
∎ Above average intelligence
∎ Plan and work on self-developed schedule with the purpose of meeting company's objectives.
∎ Ability to grasp and utilize new concept/practice on own in order to fulfill job responsibilities.
∎ Reasonably good English writing and speaking skills.
∎ Have a presentable appearance as reporting has to be done to the top management.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
