Job Context:
∎ An international NGO is going to implement a Health Program in Bangladesh. This health program is a health and social protection scheme (HSPS). This HSPS is supported by a French NGO, which specializes in the design and implementation of concrete development aid programmes.
∎ The objective of this Health Program is to improve access to care for urban slum dwellers. The HSPS is divided into four priority areas of activity:
∎ - Micro-health Insurance: partial coverage of health expenses.
∎ - Medical and Social Support: hotlines, home visits in order to direct beneficiaries as quickly as possible to the network`s health facilities.
∎ - Preventive Health: group training, home visits to improve the knowledge, attitudes and practices of beneficiaries.
∎ - Management and Strengthening of The Network of Approved Health Facilities: support for beneficiaries in health facilities, regular monitoring and evaluation of care and care providers.
∎ The mentioned Health Program is seeking a Finance & Administrative Officer to perform all the financial and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the general accounting (recording in the accounting software, archiving invoices, bank reconciliations, etc.)
∎ Sending funds to approved health facilities
∎ Payment of suppliers
∎ Planning of the headquarters remittances, budget/cash flow monitoring
∎ Reference contact with the bank
∎ Payment of salaries and editing of pay slips
∎ Administrative management
∎ Coordinate with HR department (leave management, allowances etc.)
∎ Ensure that the organization is in compliance with the legal framework in force in Dhaka, Bangladesh (working conditions, rental lease, insurance, etc.)
∎ Writing financial reports
∎ Other financial and administrative tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent speaking and writing skill in English and Bengali
∎ Very good Interpersonal and Communication skills
∎ Advanced Computer Skill is a MUST
∎ Strong motivation to work in Development field and NGO
∎ Sound Work Ethics

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
