Job Context:
∎ TAHZINDONG is a non-profit and non-government voluntary development organization aims to ensure the environmental and Socio-economic development. The organization started its journey in 2001. TAHZINGDONG strives to empower the most disadvantage, marginalized and vulnerable people in CHT through alternative development process of the people as well as ensure the sustainable development of community and society.
∎ Currently TAHZINGDONG is inviting applications to fill the position of Inclusion Lead for Bangladesh Integrated Youth Activity (BIYA)/BIJOYEE to be implemented through the partnership with CARE Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will lead project finance & Admin related processes.
∎ Work Directly under Inclusion lead to support project and other field team to follow all applicable policies, procedure and regulations of the TAHZINGDONG and as stipulated in the project agreement.
∎ Liaise closely with Care Bangladesh and partners in implementing accounts and financial systems and processes.
∎ Maintain books of accounts and lead accounts and record keeping at upazila and district level.
∎ Document preserve all the valuable and necessary documents of the project at upazila and district level.
∎ Be always prepared to face internal & external audit by up-dating information (accounting) and book keeping, as per accepted principals of project memorandum, agreement and rules of Tahzingdong.
∎ Maintain inventory of project asset.
∎ Prepare monthly and periodical financial statement, fund requisition and cheque correspondence with the respective banks.
∎ Prepare budget monitoring review and analysis report to assess the burn rate and share it with the finance manager and inclusion lead.
∎ Ensure the budgetary control, remind the concerned project report personnel to keep the expenditure within the budget limit.
∎ Assist and cooperate with team in other project activities.
∎ Keeping senior management informed and update relevant employees and donor.
∎ Maintain properly project key staff's personnel file & all kinds of project asset.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience of working with any NGO.
∎ Having skill in asset verification and maintaining inventory.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently to project location for coordination.
∎ Literate in computer operation specially MS office & internet.
∎ Excellent Communication skill, strong initiative & good judgment.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
