Additional Requirements:

• Must have fully working hands on experience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Aseptic Filling Machine under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and/or as part of a team.

• Must have the ability to work different shifts and overtime that includes possibility of short-term and long-term shift reassignment to match the business needs.

• Have competency on computer; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong Mindset for accomplishing quality work with honesty, loyalty and following company’s Occupational Health & Safety, Quality & Food Safety and other Policies.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Operates and maintains Aseptic Filling Machines as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or Working Instructions (WI).

• Performs daily startup, machine parameter setup and adjustments as per operational requirement, shutdown and cleaning.

• Monitors the product, performs online quality checks, general sanitization and housekeeping of the working area.

• Continuously monitors product quality, identifies and reports any deviations from the standards.

• Monitors equipment and takes reading at designated intervals; tracks the status of the system and prepares reports that account for equipment performance.

• Perform pre-operational checkups and fill daily checklists as per machine condition.

• Ensure all utilities like power, air, steam in machine inlet before going to operation.

• Check all utility parameters including Steam and Air pressure during production.

• Ensure the level of Hydrogen Peroxide in Hydrogen Peroxide Bath. Prepare Hydrogen Peroxide Solution as per requirement of machines.

• Ensure Packaging Material availability in machines before production.

• Ensure the package integrity test, packaging ink test and date coding during operation and production.

• Ensure Sterilization before and Cleaning in Place (CIP) before and after production.

• Maintain proper communication with Process Operator before feeding product in machine.

• Ensure cleaning and greasing of the machines. Ensure daily and weekly care of the machines.

• Performs any emergency maintenance or makes minor repairs.

• Ensure corrective, preventive and scheduled maintenance as per Tetra Pak Maintenance Services (TPMS) guidelines.

• Notifies line manager about any critical problem requiring special attention on time.

• Attends work related meetings and trainings on company policies and/or procedures or development initiatives.

• Adheres to Safety, Quality and Environmental programs at the factory.

• Ensures cleaning and 5S of work area as per Code of Practice (CoP).

• Performs any other duties as assigned.
