Secondary Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Endure Secondary Sales Achievement against Target of designated areas
∎ Ensure Secondary Sales related to productivity of Territory Sales Manager and Order Taker level
∎ Become pro-active in identifying gap and take immediate actions to ensure Secondary Sales Achievement
∎ Identify loop holes in overall Secondary Sales System and propose solution to Management
∎ Visit designated areas as per PJP and ensure his roles visibility
∎ Prepare & provide report to Management as and when required
∎ Ensure right manpower availability to maintain uninterrupted Secondary Sales Achievement
∎ Any task assigned by Management time to time
∎ Provide backup support to any area(s) in absence of ASM position
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Field Management,
∎ Candidates must have at least 5 to 6 years practical experience in same industry (Lighting Industry) or distribution business.
∎ Well Groomed
∎ Annual Business Plan for the designated area
∎ Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the assigned territory.
