Reporting Lines

• The Field Facilitator is a SC1 level position and under the overall supervision of the FAO Representative in Bangladesh, Deputy FAO Representative and direct supervision of the Head of Programme/Emergency and Resilience Unit, and in close consultation with FAO ERU team.

Technical focus

• The responsibilities of the incumbent include conducting household surveys, maintaining accurate beneficiary records, disseminating project information, support timely and transparent distribution of inputs, keeping track of inputs, reporting updates and irregularities, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and accountability mechanisms.
