Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct academic sessions in the evening for 3 hours, focusing on improving students' understanding of subjects as per their curriculum.
∎ Provide individual and group tutoring based on students' needs and performance levels.
∎ Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
∎ Monitor and track the academic progress of each student and provide feedback to parents/guardians if required.
∎ Develop and implement study plans and strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
∎ Maintain discipline and ensure a quiet, focused learning atmosphere.
∎ Collaborate with hostel authorities and parents to address students' academic concerns.
