Job Context:
∎ Sentry Security Services Ltd. is looking for few numbers of Receptionist / Security officer for a diplomatic mission. The candidates should be young, energetic, smart, decent looking and having job experienced in the private security industry at least 6-8 year’s.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time business hours & 2 day’s holiday (Friday & Saturday) per week.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and welcoming visitor’s and guest’s.
∎ Guide the visitor’s and guest’s properly in a nice manner and report it to the appropriate authority.
∎ Coordinate with the Embassy staffs and officials.
∎ Sufficient working knowledge on office applications and generate reports.
∎ Promotes and demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
∎ Should have knowledge in Secretarial work.
∎ Must have sound physical and mental strength to handle situation under strain condition.
∎ Maintenance of different file’s, log Register’s, etc.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
∎ Stationery Management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have corporate level working experience.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Applications.
∎ Well conversant in English or Arabic language.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
