Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the salon`s daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support the hiring and training of beauticians to maintain high standards of excellence.
Coordinate employee shifts based on peak times and seasonal demands.
Arrange and monitor regular maintenance services for salon equipment.
Apply and enforce hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
Maintain staff records, including salaries and work schedules.
Manage client payments and accurately track all transactions.
Keep updated records of the salon’s costs and revenues to ensure financial efficiency.
