Job Context

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Barista / Guest Hostess (Female) to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee & beverages and at the same time acting as a Guest Hostess, welcoming and assisting guests with a warm and professional approach. This role combines service excellence, beverage preparation, and guest relations to deliver an exceptional dining and café experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Barista:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages.
• Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all drinks.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café station and equipment.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Suggest new beverage ideas and seasonal specials.

As a Guest Hostess:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly at the restaurant/café.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about food & beverages.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements.
• Handle guest complaints politely and ensure guest satisfaction.
