Job Context:
∎ We are seeking highly committed and motivated individuals to fill the positions of CFO in our group of companies. The suitable candidate should have a passion for accounting and experience in processing accounting transactions, performing various accounting task, ensuring adherence to company`s policies and procedures, producing accounting reports and performing proactively. Coordination in audit procedures and initiates corrective actions on findings. The role of CFO is to reports to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
∎ Job Location - Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The CFO will be responsible for handling Accounts & Finance departmental's task of Group of companies independently. Ensure proper implementation & functioning of financial policies & procedures at all projects & head office.
∎ To lead the overall financial management including budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Capable of drawing action plan and advise management and field people for reducing loss and making profit for the sick unit.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to latest laws of Company Act, Company Tax, VAT & Customs etc.
∎ To prepare Project Proposal, Project Feasibility report containing various financial equitation, projected accounts and conduct analysis & interpretation on its.
∎ Communicating, on behalf of the company with different financial institutes to process filing/documentation of the company.
∎ Monitor day to day accounting, finance related work regularly & monthly performance reporting and prepare company's internal audit planning/ manual and led a audit team of the group
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ At least 10 year's job experience in a group of company's is required
∎ Excellent knowledge in English language is desired
∎ Good knowledge on Tally ERP 09 software is preferred
∎ Develop compliance process and manage team with leadership knowledge.
∎ Ability to communicate with financial institutes to process credit line etc.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Capacity to organize time and plan of actions effectively so as to meet simultaneous deadlines
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
