Job Context:

Café Barbera is looking for energetic, courteous, and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining table presentation, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus and explain food and beverage items to customers when required.

• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.

• Serve food and beverages according to Café Barbera's service standards.

• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation.

• Check customer satisfaction during and after service.

• Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, cashier, and other service team members.

• Ensure timely clearing and resetting of tables.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.

• Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment carefully.

• Maintain proper grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene standards.

• Support promotional activities, special events, and other restaurant operations when required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
