Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sweater designing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand customer's design requirements; communicate requirement to design team
∎ Pitch and suggest in-house design ideas to customers, ensure updated offering with prevailing designs based on market research
∎ Oversee all design activities of team; suggest required changes and modifications
∎ Oversee and approve final tech-pack for sample creation
∎ Guide team in creating latest designs, mood-boards, swatches as per prevailing customer demand, manufacturing capabilities and organizational standards
∎ Guide and liaise with respective product development team in factory to create final sample
∎ Track timely receipt and delivery of sample to customer
∎ Understand and communicate any changes required to create final sample and obtain customer sign-off
∎ Receive and allocate customer requirement to team
∎ Communicate and resolve any customer queries regarding design requirements
∎ Provide regular updates / seasonal mood boards to customer on status of design development; take corrective measures in case of any concern
∎ Research and explore opportunities for new customer relationship building and new-market entry; conduct meetings to pitch organization value proposition, showcase capability, arrange factory tours and resolve queries to enable end-to-end customer management
∎ Research yarn, fabric, dyes and associated accessories trends in market
∎ Identify optimal sources of raw materials procurement based on cost, quality and technological adaptability with machines
