∎ Graduate in Fashion Designing.
∎ Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge of fashion trends and understanding of commercial designs for kids, boys & girls / Men & women.
∎ Managing design process from concept to final styling.
∎ Ability to design and develop ideas which are new, as well as production feasible.
∎ Satisfactory knowledge about fabric, trims, materials, laces, print, embroidery etc.
∎ Clear and effective communication and understanding between marketing team & customer.
∎ Should have expertise on Product Photography & Photo Editing.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on creative Graphics Designing, Photoshop & Illustrator.
∎ Monitor and analyze fashion trends in design, fabrics, colors and shapes.
∎ Present and Attend Design Collection and Seminar.
∎ Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends.
∎ Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.
∎ Liaising closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the item suits the customer, market and price points.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in 3D Garment Simulation will add additional value.
