∎ Minimum Bachelors in Fashion Designing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Creative Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ First and foremost should be having elementary understanding of Textiles and garments;
∎ Mandatory to have knowledge and experience of developing print design in Adobe Photoshop and in Illustrator as per requirement;
∎ To apply basic technical understanding from development point of view while making CADs;
∎ Basic understanding of working on design mood/story boards;
∎ Should be able to turn out small garment collections against buyers design brief in the supervision of HOD;
∎ Productive Follow-up with garment and washing factory for fabric cum garment seasonal collection and as and when required;
∎ Work on graphic /visual communication presentations as and when required;
∎ Market visit on regular intervals and new ideas sharing;
∎ Development of new design from idea generation to the final stage;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience: At least 2-4 years’ work experiences in local or global organization;
∎ Industry or business area: Incumbent’s those who have work experience of garments/ textiles industry will get preferences.
∎ Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and Bengali;
∎ Computer skills: Computer proficiency – particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) & especially in adobe Photoshop and adobe illustrator;
∎ Knowledge: Moderate knowledge of Information Technology working procedures.
