Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall factory management.
∎ Formulate Production strategies, Production Planning and ensure timely deliveries of all orders.
∎ To co-ordinate total production processes and the job activities of the various sections to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
∎ Ensure zero tolerance in quality parameters and ensure effective & efficient usage of Man, Machine and Time.
∎ To arrange a training program for operators & helpers with fast & smooth production, Compliance issue etc. within regular intervals.
∎ Implementing solutions for the day to day problems which may occur.
∎ Ensures Compliance and safety requirements as per country law.
∎ Co-ordinate with different departments for smooth functioning of production unit
∎ Ensure clean and safety factory environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience in factory management
∎ Proven managerial experience
∎ Factory / Plant / Facility Management
∎ Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
∎ Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity and inventory management.
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
∎ Self-motivated & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy
