∎ Solid understanding of architectural concepts, materials, textures and lighting to create realistic visualizations.
∎ Ability to produce visually striking design while ensuring accuracy in modeling and rendering.
∎ Ability to work closely with architects, designers and clients, understanding their vision and providing feedback.
∎ Efficient in handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
∎ Open to learning new tools, software and techniques as the industry evolves.
∎ A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of 3D visualizations, showcasing technical and artistic skills.
