Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Export related documents for Buyers specially for LPP & Gloria Jeans.
Forward booking, Manual & Online both.
Prepare Shipping & Customs documents with Bill of Loading draft to surrender process.
Taking of buyers and forwarders approval for Cargo handover timely.
Follow-up of Shipment schedule & Invoice, Payment follow-up with buyers.
Communicate & Co-ordinate effectively with buyer’s Commercial team, Marketing team, Transport and C&F agent to ensure on time cargo handover.
Well knowledge on Export Monitoring System (Bangladesh Bank), REX, GSP and SAFTA issue process.
Having clear understanding of L/C and it’s terms and conditions.
