∎ Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to understand and promote premium interior design services to high-profile clients.
∎ A network within the real estate and construction industry is a significant advantage.Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients interested in interior design and renovation services.
∎ Daily clients visit (Residential projects & Corporates)
∎ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging potential residential and commercial project clients.
∎ Develop strategic relationships with real estate developers, construction site engineers, and civil engineers to secure project referrals.
∎ Conduct client meetings, present project proposals, and close sales deals.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Collaborate with design and operations teams to create compelling sales presentations and marketing materials.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly sales target
∎ Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
∎ Location: Bashundhara R/A Main Gate, Dhaka, Bangladesh
