Accounting Software, HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute payroll process by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
∎ Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
∎ Continuous change incorporation of transfer, job confirmation, promotion and any other changes.
∎ Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
∎ Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time-sheet and payroll records.
∎ Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
∎ Determines organization’s tax obligations by calculating national and council taxes as well as National Insurance contributions.
Salary: Negotiable
