• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Create and design graphics for a wide range of platforms, including social media platforms, websites & email marketing campaigns.

• Maintain an understanding of responsive design principles for different screen sizes and devices.

• Design digital media creatives for social media post, social media design, blog image, ads, info-graphics.

• Maintain brand consistency through all the projects. Work with terms to achieve project goals and timelines.

• Stay current on design trends for new in Create Leaflets, Flyers, 2D Illustration, layout and Advertising materials and prepare output, check sample and Experience with color theory inspiration.

• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

• Create static and dynamic posts tailored to the needs and understanding of rural entrepreneurs and agricultural communities.

• Design promotional materials such as leaflets, brochures, business profiles, and more.

• Collaborate with various departments to meet design needs for different business segments.

• Develop creative concepts and ideas that align with industry practices and company objectives.

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
