Responsibilities & Context:
  • Market Insight & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer trends and predict future shifts. Use these insights to develop innovative brand strategies and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast channels.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand identity and deliver on customer expectations. Analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports to measure success and inform future decisions.

  • Brand Guardianship: Supervise all aspects of brand representation, from advertising and product design to promotional materials, ensuring absolute consistency and coherence.

  • Event & Activation Leadership: Plan and execute impactful events such as product launches, exhibitions, and brand activations that create buzz and build strong brand credibility.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments and external partners to achieve shared goals.

  • Budgeting & Planning: Formulate realistic marketing budgets and create both short-term and long-term action plans that support our brand's growth objectives.

  • Partnership Building: Cultivate and grow affiliations and partnerships that enhance the brand's reach and reputation.

  • E-commerce & Digital Marketing: Drive e-commerce operations and manage the digital marketing mix to maximize online presence and sales.

  • Product Expertise: Effectively handle a diversified portfolio of multi-category products.
