∎ M.Com / MBA (Major in Accounts & Finance)
∎ CA (CC) and CA (Knowledge level) completed will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking & Verification of bills, vouchers and others supporting documents.
∎ Reports financial status by developing forecasts; budget, reporting results; analyzing
∎ Variances; developing improvements.
∎ Monitor and control VAT deduction at source and deposit accordingly and issue necessary payment certificates to respective suppliers/service providers
∎ Check and recommend Payment Voucher, Cheque and maintain day to day banking and fund management
∎ Responsible for Petty Cash funds and weekly reports for reimbursement
∎ Ensure cash advances are monitored and cleared on a timely basis.
∎ Issue receipts for all money received by cash, cheque, and bank transfer.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliations for all accounts.
∎ Preparing daily/weekly report of bank balances and outstanding cheque.
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Operating ERP software and Tally.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Finance, and Cash Management.
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer & Excel.
∎
