Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
∎ Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience
∎ Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and animations to enhance the brand's visual identity
∎ Write engaging and well-crafted copy for advertisements, articles, and other written content
∎ Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, all types of social media and display advertising
∎ Maintain different social media profiles of the company, boosting of ads and our social media presence across all digital channels
∎ Maintain company website, domain and hosting, write article for website
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Develop innovative and impactful content across various platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and marketing materials
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
∎ Determine the company’s growth and development strategies for strategic digital assets and ensure the development and business performance of these assets
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and brand messaging
∎ Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency in messaging
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and design
∎ Ensure any website integration is implemented maintained correctly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.)
∎ Strong storytelling abilities, with the knack for translating concepts into engaging content
∎ Excellent visual and written communication skills
∎ Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
∎ A portfolio showcasing your creative content and digital marketing projects
