Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and store raw or packaging materials as per SOP.
Handle returned, retest, or rejected materials as per SOP.
Manage defective and unusable materials as per SOP.
Prepare monthly reports on retest, near-expiry raw materials, etc.
Monitor and maintain environmental conditions of the warehouse (temperature, humidity, cleanliness).
Assist in periodic stock verification and reconciliation with store/warehouse records.
Report deviations, discrepancies, or non-conformances to the supervisor immediately.
