Responsibilities & Context:
JMI Specialized Hospital Ltd., a Sister concern of JMI Group is one of the most promising, dynamic business conglomerates in Bangladesh. Covers the sectors like medical devices. pharmaceuticals, health care services, real estate, printing & packaging, home appliances, primary energy (LPG) including extended value chain of LPG SECTORS LIKE LPG Cylinders, auto tank etc. We are looking for Executive-Treasury Management for our Accounts & Finance department for an immediate appointment.
Responsibilities:
To collect money from designated billing section and deposit to Accounts department as per company protocols. Count cash in the register at the start and end of shift.
Check and verify the amount collected against invoices, receipts in ERP system.
Balance the cash drawer to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to management.
To maintain proper accounting system for cash handling.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all cash collection and deposits. Analyze cash flow trends to support decision making.
Adhere to all company policies related to cash handling, procedures, and financial documentation.
Prepare and submit daily , weekly, and finance team to address any significant issue.
Work closely with the accounts and finance team to address any significant issue.
