Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or equivalent, preferably having Diploma-In-Mechanical/ Automobile engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize daily & weekly movement of vehicles and drivers;
∎ Monitor the VTS and ensure the rules and regulations followed by all drivers;
∎ Ensure daily supervision of drivers through a transparent scheduling;
∎ Maintain regular control of logbooks ensuring accuracy of data inputs;
∎ Ensure the report of uses, repair and maintenance of vehicles through ERP;
∎ Reporting the monthly fuel consumption for Vehicles;
∎ Registration of new vehicles and motorcycles with BRTA;
∎ Renewal of Tax Token, Fitness, Insurance and Rout permit from concern authority;
∎ Prepare all required reports and statistical information for the transport unit;
∎ Prepare the vehicle repair and maintenance plans;
∎ Check invoices submitted by vendors/suppliers and ensure follow-up of their payment;
∎ Ensure proper filing system of transport documents;
∎ Undertake periodic monitoring and analysis of operational costs and performance;
∎ Undertake daily physical check of vehicles to identify accidents, damage, mechanical problems;
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 2 years' experience in Transport section in a reputed company.
∎ Should have a valid driving license.
∎ Have experience to prepare drivers roaster.
∎ Have experience to train the driver.
∎ Experience on spare parts and repairing of vehicles
∎ A sound knowledge in Computer based fleet management.
∎ Should have workable knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Power point.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
