Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
∎ Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
∎ Analyzing and optimizing the supply chain to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
∎ Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Conducting research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Creating and maintaining reports on supply chain performance and metrics.
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
∎ Performing other duties as assigned by management.
∎ Your specific job responsibilities may vary based on the needs of your organization and the specific focus of your SCM role (e.g. procurement, logistics, planning, etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving ability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
∎ Good oral & written communication skills both in English & Bengali.
