Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc.(Hons) in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE) or Mechanical Engineering
∎ Masters in any discipline/Specialization in Logistics or Supply chain management
∎ Diploma in Logistics or Supply chain would be an added advantage.
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Demand Planning, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor product availability both in physical stock, goods in transit and open order at source to ensure on-time in full delivery.
∎ Proactive alert to all internal as well as external stake holders such as invoice/billing status follow-up against LC's and shipping issues with freight forwarder in advance.
∎ MIS / Report: Prepare & communicate various reports needed for supply chain operation.
∎ Ensure all possible proactive measures to prevent any type of complaints.
∎ Letter of Credit management: Check and ensure transmit of LC complies with BOSCH's LC at sight (company and polices), UCP600 and country sanction rules.
∎ Serve as key player to co-ordinate between Sales & Marketing, Demand & Supply Planner(at source), Finance, Credit Management, Warehouse, Freight Forwarder, Banks and any other Stakeholders in between end to end supply chain process.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management/ reporting supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point is must
∎ Sound transactional Knowledge of ERP (SAP) - P2P module
∎ Excellent exposure and knowledge of Letter of Credit, Freight Forwarding & Import shipping documentation.
∎ Team player & support the team to meet business growth plan
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills (Both English & local language)
∎ Solution Focused & target oriented
∎ Speed & accuracy in work
∎ Positive mindset in multitasking abilities
∎ Good understanding of shipping & logistics
∎ Report or MIS generation to bring performance visibility.
