∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on-time invoicing at SDMS & prepare the delivery schedule.
∎ Ensure payment posting to customer code according to advice copy.
∎ Receive shipped and local products and input them into the software.
∎ Execute audit assignments following ACI's policy.
∎ Prepare and analyze various daily and monthly reports, such as; day-wise delivery status, stock reconciliation, etc.
∎ Make frequent tours to showrooms/warehouses and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
∎ Check and identify shortcomings in the showrooms & warehouses operations.
∎ Prepare scheduled reports and presentations for senior management and assist with data in decision making.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Expertise in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Strong communication skills & high social skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to travel extensively across the country.
