Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of working capital cycles, cash flow forecasting, and financial ratio analysis.
Responsibilities & Context:
Working Capital Monitoring:
Track and analyze key working capital components: receivables, payables, and inventory financing.
Monitor short-term cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
Forecasting & Planning:
Prepare cash flow forecasts and working capital projections on a rolling basis.
Support scenario analysis and funding strategies to address seasonal and operational needs.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise with Accounts Receivable, Payable, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to gather data and ensure alignment of cash flow cycles.
Monitor collections, payment schedules, and inventory turnover for working capital optimization.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate regular working capital reports and dashboards for management review.
Analyze trends, variances, and financial ratios related to working capital performance.
Compliance & Internal Control:
Ensure proper documentation and internal controls related to working capital flows and treasury procedures.
Support internal and external audit requirements concerning working capital management.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve working capital cycles, reduce financing costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Support digitization and automation initiatives within treasury and finance operations.
