Job Description
Lead training and development initiatives for a dynamic salesforce of pharmacists
Conduct skill-gap analyses and develop training modules tailored to oncology and biotech segments
Drive competency-based recruitment and onboarding processes
Ensure continuous performance improvement through feedback and monitoring
Stay aligned with evolving global oncology trends and regulatory practices
Contribute to global training programs and strategic skill development efforts
Job Location: Beacon Business Centre, 9/B/2, Toyenbee Circular Road, Motijheel, Dhaka
