Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from a public university. (Preferable from RUET, KUET, CUET, MIST, IUT)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement planning of fast-moving parts to ensure 100% availability.
∎ Procurement planning of other category parts(B&C) type to ensure minimum 90% availability.
∎ Maintain Proper tracking of sales loss and maintain it less than 5%.
∎ Prepare monthly parts order to VECV as per monthly off-take target.
∎ Generate purchase order and GRN of parts.
∎ Complete parts GRN as per invoice/Bill of entry.
∎ Prepare necessary reports to the supervisor as and when necessary.
∎ Keeping track of shipments.
∎ Closely monitor of non-moving and slow moving items.
∎ Communicating with commercial regarding opening LC and releasing from customers.
∎ To ensure LC target quarterly.
∎ To ensure overall availability more than 95%.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are encourage to apply.
∎ Good Oral and Written Communication Skill.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Computer literacy is must especially on MS Office Package.
∎ Good analytical ability.
∎ Good Physical Fitness is required to travel all over the Country.
