∎ Graduate / Post Graduate in Business or Engineering.
∎ Having any Supply Chain related certification will be added preference
∎ Skills Required: Advance Excel, Business Negotiation, Communication, Problem solving capacity
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for corresponding with the local suppliers/vendors for product sourcing, collecting prices and cost mapping.
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers & CS analysis.
∎ Negotiating of prices as well as negotiating and resolving disputes and claims with vendors/suppliers.
∎ Ability to produce competitive agreements/contracts ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.
∎ Adding value to establish any warehouses/distributions by checking & analysis of layout & other establishments.
∎ Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility.
∎ Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
∎ Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.
∎ Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects & helping with facility relocations.
∎ Have to ability for frequent Market/ Project/Site Visit.
∎ Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
∎ Good Analytical Ability and attention to details.
∎ Advance knowledge in Excel & Power Point.
