Responsibilities & Context:
JMI Group is one of the most promising, dynamic business conglomerates in Bangladesh. Covers the sectors like medical devices, pharmaceuticals, health care services, real estate, printing & packaging, home appliances, primary energy (LPG) including extended value chain of LPG SECTORS LIKE LPG Cylinders, auto tank etc.
JMI Industrial Gas Ltd. (JIGL) is a joint venture company of Japan, Thailand & Bangladesh. It came on stream in the last lag of 2014 with the technical collaboration of world renowned THAI SPECIAL GAS CO., LTD. of Thailand. JIGL is the first company to introduce Ethylene Oxide Gas mixing plant in Bangladesh.
- JIGL uniquely poised to cater the demand of the country and has got surplus capacity to export to the overseas markets.
- We are looking for Executive/ Sr. Executive of our Internal Audit team for immediate appointment.
- To conduct Internal Audit over operational and financial activities at various companies of JMI Group
- To evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control system
- To review & check bills/voucher/Invoice & other supporting documents
- To review & check sales and collection
- SCM process audit
- To analysis input – output process
- To ensure physical verification of inventory
- To assist in controlling cost, safeguarding assets and ensuring company norms in operation
- To detect fraud and error and assessing risk of operation and recommending to prevent the same
- To ensure compliance of rules and regulation & able to customer visit
