Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ BBA/ MBA (Major in Accounting & Finance from any Public or reputed University).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Real Estate, Real Estate Development
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all books of accounts, Balance Sheet, Monthly Report, Quarterly Report, register, ledger following accounting standard and accounting principles and policies of the organization.
∎ Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports periodically, preparation of Financial Models using computer software in different aspects as required by the management.
∎ Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered into the system and ensure the same is posted before month-end.
∎ Provide Varieties Financial Report as per Management Requirements.
∎ Finalization of monthly accounts.
∎ Prepare different kinds of financial report on monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
∎ Preparation of Cost & Budget Statement.
∎ Handle the Tax and other Govt. financial requirements.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hour
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have practical experience of working on tally software.
∎ Excellent aptitude in MS Excel / spreadsheet and MS Word is essential.
∎ Should have skill writing in English & Bengali languages.
∎ Smart, energetic & hard working candidates are preferable.
