Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBS/ MBA/ Master's in Business (Finance/ Accounting/ Supply Chain Management/ Economics or any relevant subjects from any leading business school/University. No third division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure shipping procedure to EPZ or bonded warehouse are followed correctly and smooth Shipment to customers.
∎ Timely and cost effective procurement from overseas and local sources in accordance with company policies and requirement.
∎ Regularly monitor & follow-up about the shipment of materials, Submission of copy & original documents with International Vendor.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs, VAT department, etc.
∎ Preparing of all import/export documents as per supplier's requirement and follow up of import/export independently.
∎ Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Issue Exp. from Bank & Send to C & F Agent
∎ Responsible to manage all issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release etc.
∎ Prepare Shipment Status, Bank Document Status, Payment Documents
∎ BEPZA and CUSTOMS related all work ( IP,EP, sub con permission , customs audit and BEPZA gate follow up)
∎ Follow-up with bill section to ensure timely payment of suppliers
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import/export activities and inform management as required.
∎ Keep record of import export documents and bond register.
∎ Start L/C processing for RM/PM considering the import lead time & the safety stock level.
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Finance, Accounts, Supply Chain Management etc.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, creativity, Export, Import, Supply Chain
∎ Demonstrate confident 'Can Do' attitude
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
